Add Option “Lookup required for Color Master

Background:
Take color as example, in the application of color, the system allow the user to select form the color window of manual input. As the manual data input do not have restriction, it may create inconsistence in the same piece of record or even others may not be able to understand the record.
Case Solution:
User can define the lookup required function in Admin Desk, if this function is selected, the system will not support the manual input function, as a result, it can ensure the consistency of the data input.
