Allow to config heartbeat interval

Some of our customer's internet line or local network is not stable, the client socket is very easy to be disconnected. The socket will take about one minute to notice the disconnection and reconnect to server again, which may make the user feel slow. To solve this problem, we use heartbeat to keep the line active, which means the client will always send message to server no matter user is operating netGarment or not. And user can set the interval in configuration. Please note that this setting is only suggested for users have problems mentioned above. And it's default value is 0, which means no heartbeat.
