Auto upgrade function

For minor improvement and bugs fixed, we will treat it as maintenance upgrade (refer to 4th digits of version no.) and this will be a force upgrade. Let use 4.3.7.1 as an example. If version no. changes to 4.3.7.2, system will automatic upgrade your version no. at our backend. When you login the system next time, system will automatic download the new programs version for you. This will include your tailor-made reports too.

For major improvement and changes, we will treat it as functional upgrade (refer to 3rd digits of verison no.). Since this upgrade may affect customers' normal operations, so we will let customers make their own decisions to upgrade or not upgrade. Let use 4.3.7.1 as an example. If version no. changes to 4.3.8, you can find the upgrade document in Admindsk. You can check the new features before make your decision to upgrade.

You can now submit the upgrade request in Admindsk. We will upgrade your database at night after we receive your application. During the upgrade process, nobody is allowed to login the system. When upgrade process is completed, we will force users to upgrade to new version when they login the system.

Please remind that if you have sub-companies under same contract number, if any one company has submitted the upgrade request, all the other companies under same contract number will be upgraded too!
