Control the Upload Size of Images or Attachments

Background: As the images and attachments take up a large volume of the system storage, some images have not been compressed before upload, it leads to the large transaction volume. The system provides a function to control the image and attachment size, in order to control the storage size.

Case Solution: The function allows the user to control the maximum size of the image and attachment being uploaded.
