Management Function


1) Database size
User can define the date range to view the database storage size, by deleting the outdated record, the system can have a better database size control.
Cut off is used to control the data to be deleted within a specific timeline, or restrict the data can not be deleted within specific date range, for instance, it can ensure that the latest data will not be deleted.
The Cut off date can be divided into 6 months, 9 months, 12 months and 24 months.
The data has 4 categories namely Data Size, Change Log, Attachment and Image Library.
The data size is the record in different modules, basically it can not be deleted. The Change Log, Attachment, Image Library can be deleted with specific date range.

2) Audit Trail Log
The function will be more suitable for the administrator with basic SQL knowledge.
It used to keep track the order modification record, the modified date and person can be traced in the system.

3) Release Locked Document
When the document is being opened, it will be occupied by the user, only when the user exit this order, or the user is away for a certain period of time, the order will automatically release the lock. Basically, user can not release the Lock in waiting time. In order to solve this problem, the system added the release lock function. Release the lock manually can achieve the real time release lock and it avoids trouble issue during waiting time.
