What are the deployment options?

iGarment does not believe customers should be forced to make false deployment choices based on the software vendors' business model. We have learned from our customers that they require different deployment options depending on their stage of growth and IT resources availability. In order to give customers maximum flexibility, you can choose either to subscribe to our service (Cloud Service / SaaS / on-demand), or purchase the software according to your needs.

Will it be difficult for our factory staff to use the system due to their low level of computer knowledge?

Our system comes with a very user-friendly interface, it is easy to learn and simple to operate, even the most computer illiterates can pick up quickly. According to our customers, their employees love to use the system, through internet, users can access the information they need as fast as they can click. It significantly reduces the workload, drives greater productivity and visibility.

I want to computerize operations, but how to select a right system?

First, you have to define the objectives of using a system. You should test and compare the various systems to see whether they can achieve the objectives and how well can they do so. iGarment has a benchmarking procedure to help you evaluating the system:

  • Customer identifies what aspects / functions / processes they would like to test.
  • iGarment professional team will inform the customer what kind of data they have to provide for the benchmarking.
  • iGarment professional team will load the data into the system and work through the benchmarking process together with the customer.
  • During the process, customer can see how the system work and whether the system can help to achieve what they need and solve the problems they have.
  • Should customers have any question during the process, our professional team will provide assistance.
