What is netGarment?

netGarment is an end-to-end management software specially designed for the apparel trading and manufacturing industry in accordance with its unique operation processes starting from sampling to final shipment. Through the internet-based platform, netGarment is built to tackle the needs of globalization in the apparel industry and the cross-country production management setups.

Does netGarment offer a free trial period? How to test the system?

We do not provide free trial period as without proper training, users may have wrong perception about the system. Though netGarment is easy and quick to deploy, you will need our professionals to help setting up and implementing the system. You can, however, try to use the system with our help during the product demo, or set up another time with our consultants for system testing or even benchmarking.

How is netGarment priced?

If you choose to go with netGarment Cloud Service / SaaS, all you need is to pay for an initial setup fee and a monthly subscription fee. Please contact our sales representative for details.

Why do netGartment's customers have to pay for the initial setup fee?

The initial setup fee is to cover our technical and service costs involved, and to share the Internet Data Center hardware cost. Whenever there is a new user or new module to be added, new settings and configuration are required. The initial setup fee is charged only once.

Is there any periodical contract required?

No, iGarment intends to provide the most flexibility for our customers, there is no long-term binding. All you need is to pay the setup fee and 2 months deposit to activate the system, a 2 months notice to terminate the service.

Can I purchase the system after subscribing to the service for some while?

Although not recommended, you can still purchase the system whenever you want. Please talk to our sales representative for details. Please note that ongoing software upgrading and maintenance will not be included if you purchase the system.

How many user licenses do I need? What is the average license number of your existing customers?

For every module, 2 concurrent user licenses are included. The number of concurrent users refers to the total number of people using the system at the same time, but you can install the system for as many users as needed. That means, if you have subscribed to 5 modules, there will be 10 concurrent user licenses, 10 users can operate via the system at the same time. These concurrent user licenses are not limited to certain users, they can be shared among the company staff. The system is also equipped with an "auto log-off" function, if a user does not use the system for a certain time (to be defined by yourself), he/she will be automatically logged-off and release the account to other users. According to our experience, the user licenses you need will be around half the number of your company staff.
