Added 'Total Quantity' and 'Unit Price' to shipment invoice details
When generate Packing List, allow copy the shipped quantity from either MRP, Purchase Contract or Cut quantity. Also allow to increase/decrease quantity by a certain percentage and round the quantity.
Allow to freeze columns in Packing List carton details
Pack items will be sorted in style number alphabetical order
Fixed the problem that cannot output the user-defined fields in Document Format on Shipment Invoice & Packing List(screen not updated)
