We are moving our servers from the existing data center to a new data center. In order not minimize the effect on the netGarment service, the migration will start at the midnight (12:00am) of 22 May 2011 and will take about an hour to complete, the netGarment service will be stopped during that time.
The IP address for the netGarment service will be changed from 203.85.145.18 to 113.28.131.18 in port 9888; and the netGarment support service will be changed from 203.85.145.22 to 113.28.131.19 in port 9888. However, the line 203.85.145.18 will still function until the end of May 2011.
The new IP should have already been updated to your client program by now and will be used automatically when you login to netGarment starting from May 15th, 2011. The netGarment client will be able to use the new IP automatically.
Should your company have firewall settings to restrict connection in according to the IP address, please kindly ask your network administrator to adjust your company firewall policy accordingly.
