Application Specialist – Implementation / Pre-sales (ERP System)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare implementation plan for customers to solve customers' problems.
- Provide consultancy and guidance to customer.
- Understand and collect customer requirements and feedback from all customer levels.
- Project Management, complete project in time.
- Co-ordinate with team members to execute implementation tasks.
- Deliver system training to customer users if necessary
- Provide pre-sales consultant support services to sales team
Requirements:
- University graduate or Diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent, Industrial Engineering is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years solid experience in ERP system implementation and/or support.
- Knowledge in Garment industry is a must.
- Able to prepare user guide and/or manual.
- Traveling to Southern China is required.
- Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese, English & Putonghua.
- Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

职责:
- 支持各部门决策；
- 进行市场研究，反馈市场信息，并进行汇总；
- 寻找新客户资源，发现潜在客户，并鉴别哪些是潜在目标客户；
- 推进品牌推广；
- 更新﹑维护信息数据库(CRM)；
- 竞争对手及客户的信息采集工作。
职位要求:
- 大专以上学历；
- 一年以上相关领域工作经验，有呼叫中心工作经验的优先考虑；
- 主观能动性强，热情度高；
- 具有较强的沟通交际能力及语言表达能力，粤语流利；
- 个性乐观开朗；
